My grandfather, Humbert Beckett, built over 100 homes in our hometown. I spent a decade as a Marketing Manager for Fortune 500 companies. Now I build the marketing systems contractors like him wished they had all along.
The Story
My grandfather built houses on the east coast for thirty years.
I've spent just under a decade as a Marketing Manager for Fortune 500 companies, where I've won multiple awards for the systems I've built and the products I've launched.
Meanwhile, friends who'd started their own home service businesses — general contractors, plumbers, electricians, dock builders — were all getting quoted $8,000 a month and a 12-month contract from marketing agencies who didn't care to check if my friends were actually set up to succeed.
So I started asking the questions those agencies never bothered to: Does their website and business actually show up on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT, clearly showing what they do and where they work? Do they have a way to automatically request reviews from their happy customers so that new customers trust them enough to work with them? If they miss a call from a new lead, are they sending a text automatically to let them know their call came through and they'll be in touch soon? Are they automatically sending discounts, referrals, and reminders to past customers every 3–4 months to ensure they stay top of mind?
The answer to every question was no.
